ORDER   CANCELLATIONS

We work hard to help you get your orders as quickly as possible. So as soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in process to be shipped. This means there is only a very small window of time where we can catch your order before it is shipped out.

This unfortunately means NO changes can be made to your order once it is placed. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

At Calin your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase. However, because our products come directly in touch with your skin we are not able to accept any returns of exchanges. Please do your due diligence before ordering. However, please do not hesitate to contact us at calintroubleshoot@gmail.com at anytime if you are unhappy with your order.

Calin is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery.

Please note: We will not be able to refund the shipping cost for returns as it is directly paid to our providers.
