1-Day Replacement Policy
- You have 1 day after receiving your item to request a replacement.
Important Points
- No returns for size issues, quality, or personal preferences.
- Replacements only after inspection.
- An unboxing video is required to initiate a return.
Eligible Cases for 1-Day Replacement
- Wrong Item Received: Verified via unboxing video.
- Defective/Damaged Item: Verified via unboxing video.
- Size Issues: Free exchanges provided.
Return Options
- Disliked Product: Partial refund or store credit.
- Defective Item: Full refund or exchange after inspection (unboxing video required).
Return Fees
- ₹200 for returns.
- Free exchanges.
Refunds for Prepaid Orders
- If undeliverable, refunds to the in-store wallet after deducting shipping fees.
- Not responsible for overpayment to courier.
Approved Returns
- Credited to in-store wallet as a discount code or gift card.
- No refunds to UPI or bank accounts.
Refunds
- Issued via UPI or Net Banking only for delays or repeated incorrect/damaged items.
Return/Replacement Process
- Initiate Return/Exchange: Enter your order number and contact information.
- Follow Instructions: Provide necessary documentation (order number, photos, videos).
- Courier Pickup: Eligible returns will initiate a return courier request.
- Inspection and Credit: After inspection, the amount will be credited to your in-store wallet.
Self-Shipping
- If no courier partner is available for pickup, you may self-ship the product. A replacement will be issued upon receipt and inspection.
Non-Returnable Items
- Some items cannot be returned or replaced (e.g., Premium range has a 6-month replacement policy).
- No returns on sale items or gift cards.
⚠️ Special Note for Nursing Cover Fan Customers
To ensure customer satisfaction and product safety, every Nursing Cover Fan is thoroughly tested before dispatch.
In case the fan is not working, we only accept replacement if open box video will be provided by the same day of delivery
This helps us verify damages caused during transit and avoids misuse, as the product is quality-checked prior to shipping.
We request customers to inspect the product in front of the delivery agent and raise any issues immediately.
